What is bodycoaching?
Bodycoaching is a way to make you feel better, better within your body, your mind, better towards the world which surrounds you, no matter how much stress is out there.

A Bodycoach treats you based on you mental and physical condition. The way this is done always differs because nothings works for everybody. All focus and attention is pointing to what your body tells to you and the bodycoach.

Based on this assessment your bodycoach will come up with an advice concerning: Diet, exercise, and the treatment itself.

Preparation is everything...

During a session you will keep your clothes on, please come by in easy going (sports) wear.
Please do not wear any make-up, perfume or aftershave, or difficult to remove jewelry
Keep in mind that during your session your clothing can get stained during a foot- or neckmassage.

Quality
The essence of my sessions are of a very soft safe and non-invasive nature. A hard touch is seldom used and if used it's well prepared and i have asked you permission for it.
Before a session on the table starts I would like to know if you like a soft or strong touch. Some people love the very subtle and light touch, while other people are wondering if anything is happening when they are on the table, if the are exposed to the same touch.
Nothing works for everybody, so everybody has different wishes I would love to work out with you and create a tailormade session for what you need at that moment.
